Position: QHSE – Operations Officer (1 Position)

Role Summary

The QHSE – Operations Officer will support the implementation and monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards across company operations. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and standards

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and environmental requirements

• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

• Deliver safety training and awareness programs

• Maintain accurate QHSE records and reports

• Support operational teams in maintaining high safety and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

• Relevant experience in QHSE or operations environment (preferred)

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
