Position: Parts Manager (1 Position)

Role Summary

The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, storage, and distribution of automotive parts. The role ensures optimal stock levels, efficient supply chain coordination, and high service standards to support workshop and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement and inventory of automotive parts and accessories

  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control systems

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms

  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of parts

  • Coordinate with workshop and service teams to meet operational demands

  • Prepare inventory reports and performance analysis

  • Implement cost-control and stock optimization strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field

  • Proven experience in parts management, inventory control, or automotive supply chain operations

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and workshop operations

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
