Position: Parts Assistant (1 Position)
Role Summary
The Parts Assistant will support the Parts Department in managing inventory, handling stock movements, and ensuring timely availability of automotive parts to meet workshop and customer demands. The role requires accuracy, organization, and a strong understanding of automotive components.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts and materials
-
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
-
Issue parts to workshop technicians and customers as required
-
Organize and maintain proper storage of parts in the warehouse
-
Conduct routine stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
-
Support procurement processes and supplier coordination
-
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper labeling in the parts store
-
Prepare basic inventory and stock reports
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Certificate or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field
-
Previous experience in parts handling, stores management, or automotive environment is an added advantage

Basic knowledge of automotive parts and workshop operations
-
Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications

High level of integrity and attention to detail
