Job Purpose: To provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director in line wit the
approve administration policies and procedures
Key responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, meetings, and logistic arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on
behalf of the Managing Director. Maintain confidential files and sensitive information.
Organize Board meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions. Provide project coordination support and monitor implementation of executive directives
Job specifications
Bachelor’s Degree (honours) in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
from recognized institution. Postgraduate qualification in Sports related courses
is added advantage. Five (5) years working experience, three (3) of which
should have been as an Executive Assistant or Administration officer from a reputable organization
