Job Purpose: To ensure the Stadium’s physical infrastructure, utilities, and facilities are maintained,
safe, and operationally efficient for all events and users.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance
programs of the Stadium facilities and
infrastructure.
2. Develop and maintain schedules for regular repairs,
refurbishments, and improvement projects
according to the specified SOPs.
3. Maintain a safe and secure operational environment
by monitoring constant availability of utilities
(power, water, waste, etc.) within the Stadium
premises.
4. Plan, review and monitor the utilization of budgets and other operational resource.
5. Develop and maintain asset registers and other facility management reports.
6. Implement systems for mentoring and appraising performance of departmental staff
Job specifications
• Bachelor’s degree (honours) and Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical), Facility Management from a recognized institution.
• Registration with Engineering Body
• Strong competences in Team Management, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting, Communication and Coordination Skills
• Six (6) years working experience, three (3) of which should have been at management level in in a
reputable organization.
