Job Purpose: To manage administrative and logistical functions to ensure smooth office operations, efficient service delivery, and support to staff and management.
Key responsibilities
1. Provide general office support services including reception, mail handling, and filing.
2. Coordinates the scheduling, servicing, and monitoring of company vehicles and drivers.
3. Monitor utilization of office supplies and cleaning materials, and provide logistical support for
meetings and events.
4. Ensures effective performance and discipline of administrative support staff under supervision.
5. Develop a system for replenishment of office supplies and equipment.
6. Maintains up-to-date records of administrative assets and services
Monitor routine administrative services such as sanitation around office, security, courier services).
8. Prepares periodic reports on administrative operations and recommends improvements.
Job specifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, Office and Information Management from a recognized institution.
• Strong competences Organization and Time Management, Communication and Interpersonal
Skills and Integrity and Confidentiality
• Four (4) years working experience, two (2) of which should have been at similar level in a reputable organization.
