🌟 Lapaire Internship Program – June to August 2026

Duration: 2 Months | Location: Kampala, Uganda | Stipend: UGX 230,000/month plus a small transportation allowance.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a final-year student or a recent graduate eager to gain real-world experience and discover what it’s like to work in a fast-growing, pan-African company? Lapaire is offering a 2-month internship program that goes beyond just work experience — it’s a gateway to learning, networking, and contributing to meaningful impact in eye care.

✅ Who We’re Looking For
We’re inviting applications from:
– Final-year students or graduates (Jan 2025 onwards)
– Fields of study: Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Customer Service, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
– Eager learners with strong interpersonal skills and interest in customer-facing roles

📌 Eligibility
– Must be available full-time for the program duration: 1 June – 1 August 2026
– Must provide proof of student status or recent graduation
– Internship experience of 3+ months is preferred (not mandatory)
– NSSF registration and possession of a National ID is a requirement
