Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer
Job Summary
The Brand Manager will oversee brand positioning and visual identity while
creating high-quality marketing materials. The role combines strategic brand
management with hands-on graphic design to ensure consistent and impactful
brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
● Design marketing materials including social media graphics, posters,
digital adverts, and promotional materials.
● Maintain brand consistency across all company platforms.
● Manage and grow the company’s digital and social media presence.
● Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
● Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement insights.
● Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and
engagement.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or
related field.
● 2–4 years experience in branding, marketing, or graphic design.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or
similar design tools.
● Understanding of social media marketing and digital branding.
Preferred Skills
● Video editing skills.
● Content creation and copywriting abilities.
● Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
