- Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
- Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Business Development
- Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
- Leads proposal efforts including completing project scoping and LOE assessments.
- Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions.
Communications
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
- Holds regular status meetings with the project team.
- Keeps the project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering,
- Computer Engineering or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management or IT Management.
- Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business mainly on infrastructe projects.
- Time management and prioritizing

- Able to work in a team and lead them as appropriate
- IT skills, usually a specific project management program
- Report writing and presentation
- Project management software (JIRA, Basecam’66p)
