• Manage the overall process in shipping and delivering the required items of a project from the manufacturer to the client’s warehouse
• Conduct preliminary inspections of items, against agreed Bill of Material, before delivering to clinet’s warehouse
• Process and facilitate custom clearance
  work with procurement managers and buyers to source the right products
• negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers
  control manufacturing and delivery processes
• plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met
• oversee product storage, handling and distribution
• use computer software to track goods from origin to delivery
• ensure you’re aware of exactly what is happening throughout the supply chain
• manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff
• improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
• manage and minimize the risks (for example operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the supply chain
• oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
• Closely work with project managers
• Balance safety, cost management and business growth then prepare and submit reports.
• Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience as Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for ICT companies
• Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
