- Use a performance support first mindset to conduct a learning needs analysis and prescribe the appropriate learning and/or performance support solutions to close performance gaps
- Develop multi-modal learning and performance support materials, including synchronous remote learning methodologies, blended classroom learning, infographics, and facilitator guides.
- Design a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programs including learning & development programs
- Implement various learning methods companywide e.g coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, etc. and assess the success of development plans while helping employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Oversee training budgets and ensure compliance with applicable regulators, e.g ITF, etc.
- Design and manage the organization’s competency framework in coordination with the various stakeholders in line with the organization’s strategic direction and functional objectives.
- Manage the performance review process, coordinate post-appraisals meetings & ensure implementation of outcomes.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 – 4 years work experience.
