A diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A degree will be an added advantage
The ICT Intern to support the organization’s hardware and software needs, assist with website management, and handle social media management tasks. This internship provides a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment where you will be encouraged to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our ICT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Support the organization’s website management, including content updates, maintenance, and ensuring its optimal performance.
- Assist in managing and updating various social media platforms to promote the organization’s activities.
- Provide general ICT support to staff as needed.
- Support in designing of IEC materials and video editing for the institution
- Collaborate with the ICT team to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
