Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support
Train users on new process and Dynamics NAV functionality
Experience & Qualifications
At least 7+ years’ functional experience in implementing Microsoft NAV 2013 or 2016 – NAV 2018 is required. Experience with ISV products such as Charge Logic, Lanham E-Ship, Scribe Insight and Jet Reports is a plus
Graduate, MBA preferred
3 or 4-year degree in business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent experience required. CPA will be an added advantage
More than 7 years of Functional knowledge of the finance, distribution, and production granules. Experience in functionality such as CRM, Projects, MRP and WMS is a plus
Experience with core business processes such as Accounting, Distribution and Manufacturing. Minimum 5-years hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations
Knowledge of best practices, principles and procedures related to small-to-mid sized business processes. Previous ERP implementation experience in a similar set up is a plus
