A MINIMUM OF BA DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION/ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT/ HRM/ MANAGEMENT/ PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION & DEV’T MANAGEMENT OR ANY FIELD OF STUDY FROM RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY/ COLLEGE WITH A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE AS AN INSTRUCTOR OR A TRAINER IN A UNIVERSITY/ COLLEGE/ TRAINING INSTITUTES/ LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE.
OR
MBA/ MA IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OR ANY RELATED FIELD OF STUDY FROM A RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY/ COLLEGE/ INSTITUTE WITH ONE (1) YEAR EXPERIENCE AS AN INSTRUCTOR OR A TRAINER IN A UNIVERSITY / COLLEGE/ TRAINING INSTITUTES/ LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE.
