- The Social Media Associate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute an extensive social media strategy aimed at enhancing brand awareness for Rohstoff Handel.
- Content Development and Design: Create, curate, and oversee content across social channels, ensuring alignment with Rohstoff Handel’s brand, mission, and objectives. Additionally, manage the design aspect of materials.
- Campaign Oversight: Supervise the implementation of advertising campaigns on social media, ensuring they meet predefined objectives and contribute to sales growth.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to evaluate the efficacy of strategies and campaigns, making adjustments as needed.
- Engagement Management: Actively engage with followers, respond promptly to queries, and foster positive interactions on social media platforms.
- Trend Tracking: Stay abreast of the latest digital technologies and social media trends to keep Rohstoff Handel ahead in the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing.
- Budget Oversight: Effectively allocate and manage the social media advertising budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including content, design, and sales, to ensure a unified digital strategy.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify, engage, and oversee collaborations with influencers or bloggers to broaden the reach of the Rohstoff Handel brand.
- Platform Administration: Maintain brand consistency by managing the company’s presence across all digital platforms, making updates as required.
- Audience Expansion: Implement strategies to increase follower numbers across key platforms, targeting specific audience segments.
- Tool Administration: Utilize and manage various digital tools and platforms, such as social media scheduling tools, analytics tools, and content creation software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a social media or marketing role, particularly in the FMCG industry.
