- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Etc
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Candidates must have a background in HR.

- Sound Computer knowledge ( especially Excel package)
- Had an experience as a supervisory or similar role.
