We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our delivery service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
•Proven experience in logistics or operations
management. Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Familiarity with logistics software and tracking systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Operational Oversight:
•Manage and optimize the end-to-end delivery process.
•Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of deliveries. •Implement and enhance operational procedures to maximize efficiency.
2. Team Leadership:
•Lead and motivate a diverse team of delivery staff.
•Provide guidance and training to ensure team members perform at their best.
•Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
3.Quality Assurance:
-Implement quality control measures to maintain service standards.
