Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions. Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Perform administrative tasks such as handling reservations, updating guest information, and processing payments.
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or issues with empathy and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges and ensure a positive guest experience.
Multi-Tasking: Juggle various tasks efficiently, including managing a busy lobby, handling guest requests, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an asset and added bonus
