The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist is responsible for coordinating performance M&E activities for HPN’s HIV Division and support USAID project managers, otherwise known as Contracting/Agreement Officer Representatives (COR/AORs), to work with implementing partners in both the design and implementation of Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Plans.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A bachelor’s degree in public health, Social science, or Statistics with a focus on social sciences is required.
Prior Work Experience: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the health field, with a minimum three years of experience in M&E, preferably of HIV programs.
Language Proficiency: Level IV (Fluent) English and Chichewa required
Salary range: $42,420-$65,758 (basic salary, paid in local currency Kwacha at the prevailing exchange rate), equivalent to FSN-10 (Exceptional rate range).
