Oxfam GB is looking for someone to support media and communications functions in the delivery of the Oxfam in Zambia program and its visibility.

•    Ability to build a people’s movement around the program theme and inspire followership.
•    Able to handle stress, leading by example and, thus, produce results, meet deadlines, and make others to meet their deadlines.
•    Strategic and people management skills, supporting and mentoring the team in their professional and personal growth within an intercultural setting.
•    Experienced in proposal and report writing.
