Directly supervises all Level personnel and ensures proper completion of all Level duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the Level desk, reservation, guest services, and telephone areas. Prepare monthly reports and budget for Level department.
What will you have to do?
Trains, cross –trains, and retrains all level personnel, Participates in the selection of level personnel.
Schedules the level staff, Supervises workload during shifts, Evaluates the job performance if each level employee.
Ensure implementation of all hotel (Level) policies and house rules, Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting.
Operate all aspects of level computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes.
What are we looking for:
University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, Marketing or similar
Advanced English Language, A second and third language would be an asset.
External: 3 years in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
Internal: At least 2 years’ experience in the Level department in a Manager role.
Knowledge of brand strategies ·
Knowledge of hotel management and/or Customer Experience tools.
