Specific duties /Responsibilities
- Collect, enter, and clean data for analysis.
- Conduct clinical data quality control and ensure quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage study data activities.
- Provide training to study teams on data management and quality control systems.
- Generate data performance reports as per guidelines and produce other required reports.
- Troubleshoot electronic data capture systems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procedures for effective data collection and management.
Research Policies, Ethics, and Procedures
- With Study PIs, ensure best practices pertaining to study data collection, quality assurance, integrity, confidentiality, analysis, and participant confidentiality.
- Promotes best practices for study data collection, management, and archiving.
- Maintains safety and confidentiality of study documents and data.
- Abide by organizational policies, practices, and working principles.
- Keeps, tracks versions, reviews, and understands all essential documents of the assigned study.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma from an accredited institution, preferably in Information Technology or Computing.
- Candidates with some statistical knowledge will have an added advantage.
- Some experience in data collection and management.
- Proficient in using electronic data capture tools on tablets and computers.
- Skills in using Microsoft Office.
