LEEAD is a social development organisation that strives to promote holistic and sustainable development. We focus on addressing the multi-faceted and complex challenges faced by the poor, the vulnerable and the marginalized; by facilitating access to knowledge, resources and skills necessary to lead comfortable and prosperous lives. Our activities are geared towards addressing the root causes of hunger, food insecurity, illiteracy, environmental degradation, and ill-health in the communities and people we serve.
We also provide be-spoke consulting services to public and private sector actors on various aspects including project evaluations, project design, policy formulation and capacity building of institutions among other services.

Qualifications
– Candidates must be holders of at least a Master’s degree or equivalent in the area of interest.
– Candidates must be committed to community development work, flexible, and be able to work successfully as member of a team.
– Candidates must be reliable and knowledgeable in their respective areas. – They must be willing to take up short term assignments and at short notice.
