Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through strategic engagement.
• Collaborate with senior management, ensuring alignment and reporting on marketing initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with Flex’s vision and goals.
• Document and streamline the marketing process for effective deal closures.
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, enhancing the sales cycle’s efficiency.
• Create compelling, tailored marketing campaigns to boost inbounds and outbounds
• Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Embody and promote Flex’s values in all client and team interactions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar role. (minimum 3 years)
• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
• Excellent email writing etiquette
• Great organization and coordination skills.
