Key Responsibilities

• Maintain business records
• Maintain client databases
• Regularly calling customers to minimize customer churn
• Processing sales orders timeously and accurately
• Raising quotations and commercial invoices
• Assist the Sales Manager with coordination of marketing events as and when the need arises
• Client visitations as and when the need arises
• Take meeting minutes for the commercial team as and when requested
• General administrative and clerical duties

Key attributes

• Diploma in Commercial field from a reputable institution
• Ordinary level certificate
• IT literate with the ability to effectively use the Microsoft Office package
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ability to closely follow, and enforce procedures
• Proactive with the ability to work alone or as part of the overall team
• At least one-year relevant experience in the Commercial field in an FMCG environment
