Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to internal and external customers through phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly on the FEMS
• Conduct technology surveys to identify recurring problems and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements
• Document support activities and create knowledge base articles
• Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in a call centre environment
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or equivalent technology education background
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in
• troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with common business applications and software
• Solid understanding of hardware components and peripherals
• Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users
• Customer Focus:

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
