PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Conduct training in Plant Fitting and machining at artisan level, technician level and short courses in order to meet the skilled manpower requirements of KCM and external clients.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain discipline among trainees in order to enhance learning and inculcate good working attitude Conduct formative & summative assessments in order to monitor progress and certify trainee competence.
Plan & implement training programs in order to ensure the delivery of quality training.
Implement SHEQ policies in order to promote safety, health and risk awareness among trainees and instructors and the maintenance of a good environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 school certificate
Advanced (Technician) Certificate in Mechanical Fitting
5 years’ working experience
. Training/Teaching Qualification.
Good oral & written skills.
