Conduct training in Metal Fabrication/Welding at artisan level, technician level and short courses in order to meet the skilled manpower requirements of KCM and external clients.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain discipline among trainees in order to enhance learning and inculcate good working attitude
- Conduct formative & summative assessments in order to monitor progress and certify trainee competence.
- Plan & implement training programs in order to ensure the delivery of quality training.
- Conduct theory & practical lessons in accordance with KCM & TEVETA standards in order to ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills to trainees.
- Implement SHEQ policies in order to promote safety, health and risk awareness among trainees and instructors and the maintenance of a good environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 school certificate
- Advanced (Technician) Certificate in Metal Fabrication with 5 years’ experience
- Training/Teaching Qualification
- Good computation skills
- Good oral & written skills
