Conduct training in ICT’s at artisan level, technician level and short courses in order to meet the skilled manpower requirements of KCM and external clients.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct training of trainees and skills upgrading in accordance with KCM and TEVETA standards in order to ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills to trainees and a competent workforce. Plan & implement training programs in order to ensure the delivery of quality training. Conduct formative & summative assessments in order to monitor progress and certify trainee competence.
Implement SHEQ policies in order to promote safety, health and risk awareness among trainees and instructors and the maintenance of a good environment
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 school certificate
Degree/Diploma in Computer Related Field Training/Teaching Qualification
10 years’ teaching experience. Excellent oral & written skills.
