Role Responsibility

• Overseeing the work of security guards and other security personnel on specific assignments or a number of assignments

• Ensuring that security guards are performing their jobs correctly and in accordance with all standards and applicable laws and regulations

• Ensuring compliance with service level agreement and KPIs.

• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels as per contract requirements and deal with any sudden staffing shortages in the shortest time possible.

• Incident management and reporting

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years experience in the ssecurity iindustry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Result oriented, self-motivated and energetic.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to work confidently, persuasively and to gain the respect and trust of other senior managers

• Should be unrelenting in the pursuit of excellence, ensuring to lead by setting the standards

• Previous experience as security supervisor or field officer

• Police or military experience an added advantage
