Conducting guard basic and refresher security training

Ensuring that training provided to security officers meet or exceed required standards as set forth in Atlanto’s training manual and policy

Making sure that discipline for Security officers is always maintained

Must posses and always demonstrate an instructional leadership towards all security officers
The Ideal Candidate
-
Minimum of 3 years of classroom instructor experience to include platform delivery of training
-
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple objectives with little to no direct supervision
-
Those with Training Qualification like TOT in Security Training will have added advantage.
