Requirements.
- Minimum 5 O levels credits including Mathematics and English.
- Diploma in Secretarial Training.
- Diploma in a Business-related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package, Office Equipment and application.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Main Duties will include;
- Welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Responding to customer queries both telephone inbound/outbound and walk-in’s.
- Ensuring the reception area is always clean and tidy
- Ensuring al marketing materials at the reception are always tidily placed
- Ensure the image of the head office is always impeccable.
