Responsibilities:
1. Assistance in Workflow Management:
• Support the Print Production Supervisor in coordinating and managing the
production workflow.
• Assist in allocating resources and organizing tasks.
2. Quality Control Support:
• Collaborate with the supervisor in implementing and maintaining quality control
processes.
• Assist in inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy.
3. Equipment Assistance:
• Assist in routine maintenance tasks for printing equipment.
• Learn and provide support in troubleshooting technical issues.
4. Team Support:
• Work closely with the production team, providing assistance as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and skill development activities.
5. Communication Support:
• Assist in communicating with other departments and clients to ensure effective
coordination.
• Provide updates on project status and job specifications.
6. Problem-Solving Assistance:
• Support the resolution of technical issues and challenges in the production
process.
• Contribute ideas for process optimization and efficiency.
7. Inventory Support:
• Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of printing supplies.
• Support coordination with suppliers for timely material delivery.
8. Documentation Support:
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of production activities.
