• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to join our team in the Power Sector.
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence within the Power Industry.

Job Summary

• Develops and implement business strategies to achieve set business objectives
• Ensure the reduction of ATC & Losses according to set targets
• Coordinates and supports the activities of the service units functions to achieve the business targets based on corporate objectives
• Identify and implements business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
• Manage stakeholders to ensure outstanding debt collection.
• Ensure all Business unit operations are in compliance with BEDC approved policies.
• Develop and maintain cordial and beneficial customer relationship by promoting customer satisfaction
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
• Coordinate and provide support to technical activities to ensure the achievement of commercial growth and targets.
• Develop budgetary plans for the business units.
• Preparation of periodic reports as required by relevant stakeholders.

Educational Background

• Candidate must have a Degree certificate with a background in Banking and Finance.
• 5-7 years of work Experience is required.
