Job description

• Provide technical support to ensure that monitoring systems are in place and that key project indicators are tracked and analysed, including gender disaggregated related data
• Programme Indicator Tracking Table and a functional management information system (MIS) is developed to provide data for tracking and measurement of key indicators.
• Timely monitoring and measurement of changes in conditions due to project implementation by implementing partners
• The monitoring and evaluation capacities of implementing partners are strengthened, enabling them to increasingly engage in and lead monitoring and evaluation processes.
• Knowledge management is effectively integrated into programme evidence generation activities to produce viable knowledge products

Qualification Required & Experience
• An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in research methodologies, social sciences, or any related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation methodologies and reporting with experience in the field of knowledge Management is an advantage.
• At least two (2) years of field-based data collection and analysis experience.
• Proven experience of using qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis tools.
• A collaborative working style that enables coaching and training in M&E principles and best practices.
• Expertise in ArcGIS, knowledge of data software such as KoBo Toolbox, google forms, excel pivot table analysis, power Bi, infographics etc
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and ability to work in diverse workplace environments
• Ability to prioritize, plan and organize workflow to tight timeframes, handle multiple tasks, and be flexible with changing priorities.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
