- Lead a high performing team of Retail Success Associates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key retail accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Supervise the onboarding process for new retail partners, ensuring a seamless integration into the platform.
- Implement strategies to enhance retailer support efficiency and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in the retail management function.
- Lead the layout and visual presentation of merchandise to attract customers and drive sales.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to boost sales.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6 years of experience in leading retail management functions an FMCG distribution company or a related role in
Extensive experience with retail sales driven by field officers
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining positive relationships.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
