  • Maintain website content via Content Management System (CMS) and/or XML ingestion.
  • Update all web pages, newsletters through a combination of online editorial tools and/or direct HTML manipulation.
  • Plan and manage all digital marketing, including Email/SMS, Search, Influencers, social, display & video campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize – design, messaging, spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and partners to create digital solutions such as landing pages, Newsletter templates, AR Filters, Bots and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and optimize end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Direct global innovative e-business projects – strategic business case development, project selection, piloting, and implementation.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective on marketing, tech and communications.

Experienced E-Business Manager to assist in the planning, execution, optimization and reporting of online marketing efforts.

Requirements:

5 to 8 years  experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

Experience with social media, Google Ads, email campaigns and SEO/SEM

Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio etc.)

Skills and experience in creative content writing

Analytical mindset and critical thinking

Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
