Job Description
Calendar and Appointment Management:
- Maintain a daily electronic journal, organize meetings, and provide timely reminders.
- Manage a master corporate calendar for conferences, meetings, and holidays
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Understand the needs of partners/clients and respond effectively with plans to meet their requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for matters related to the CEO, handling confidential or critical issues.
Office Operations:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing daily office operations.
- Manage documents, take minutes, and develop/maintain information management processes.
Database Management:
- Manage the database of contacts for senior management.
Liaison and Communication:
- Liaise with stakeholders in both public and private sectors.
- Monitor emails, identifying and addressing high priority inquiries, troubleshooting conflicts.
Event Management:
- Provide support for event management as requested by the CEO.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 0 – 3 years relevant work experience.
