Responsible for optimizing operational processes, leading engineering and project teams, leveraging engineering modules and ERP systems, and ensuring efficient project management to drive excellence in project delivery.

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee and optimize all operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance project delivery, resource allocation, and cost management.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, project managers, and technical professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to achieve project goals.
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing engineering and technical projects, from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
Engineering Modules and ERP Roles:
- Possess experience with engineering software modules and ERP systems, leveraging them to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and improve project management.
- Ensure the effective integration of engineering and project data within the ERP system, optimizing resource allocation and project tracking.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain ERP solutions tailored to the needs of engineering projects.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to stay competitive.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within engineering or technical project environments.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience with engineering modules and ERP roles, including integration and optimization.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
