Your duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: –

• Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and stud work
• Installation of ceiling boards such as Ceiling tiles, ceiling boards etc
• Designing and installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation
• Adding (Installing) fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
• General carpentry modifications and repair works on buildings and office furniture

To be considered for the position, the applicant must have the following;

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Minimum of Craft Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Carpentry and joinery
• Computer literate
• Creativity and design skills
• Experience of using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws and nail guns
• Joinery or cabinet-making skills
• Knowledge of building regulations
• Must have Valid Zambian driving license
