” And Jesus put forth his hand and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately, his leprosy was cleansed. And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.”

In the Old Testament, it is the priest that had the authority to certify healing. God knew there were physicians, but he gave the responsibility to priests. Many folks will scream and jump, shouting praises if a man will show a report from the doctor that he was HIV positive, but after prayer, he is now negative. Folks celebrate healing that is Doctor certified above the report of God or from a man of God. Isaiah, the Prophet, said , “Who hath believed our report?” Isiah 53:1 Some folks celebrate sight above faith, they walk by sight unknowingly, they only celebrate things which are seen. Abraham, the father of faith, was giving glory to God over the unseen child. We don’t need sense knowledge to certify our healing. The word of God is a standard certification stamped by heavenly signature of God almighty. It doesn’t matter the doctors said you are going to die, if you accept God’s report that the cancer is dead, even though the tumour seems to be growing bigger, I tell you; You will see the glory of God. Jesus said to Martha, “.. Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?” John 11:40 Don’t believe your bank statement more than you believe the word of God. They told Jesus that the little girl was dead, but he said ” no the little girl is sleeping.” Jesus refused to believe in death. Now, it seemed foolish and very unreasonable for a man to come at a funeral and claim that a child who is dead was sleeping instead. Your faith will of necessity make you appear foolish. The bible says ” *God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;” 1 Cor 1:27
Who certifies your prosperity? The world may label you poor but refuse that description, the bible says ” For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.” 2 Cor 8:9 You are defined by God not by man’s standards. Man may label you a failure, but your success is God certified. The world may say you will never do anything of value, but God says, “Whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world.” No science laboratory may be conducting experiments to prove that, but if God says it, then that’s it. Rom 3:14 says , “Let God be true and every man a liar.” Boy, it’s a lie that you are a victim. The truth is, “In all these things, you are more than a conqueror.” It’s a lie that you have a spiritual husband, cancer, or asthma. The truth is Greater is he that is in you, You have the Holy Ghost in you. By his stripes, you were healed. You are what God says you are. You have what God says you have, and you can do what God says you can do. You ought to believe and act like it’s true because it indeed is true.
Instead of worrying over reports of man, read God’s report. No man can tell me that I am a nobody, I have believed God’s report. That report says ” Albert, ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:” 1 Peter 2:9 You see , I can’t read that and go out talking small, no. That’s the report that makes me put my hands in my pocket and walk with a spring in my steps. I am not an ordinary man. I may look like an ordinary fellow, but hey, God, is at work in me. I am a partaker of God’s divine nature. It doesn’t matter who argues that God’s testimony is what is important. Choose to exalt the word above sense knowledge.
