Responsibilities
- Create and edit compelling video content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Design visually appealing graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns and property showcases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative video and design techniques.
- Manage and organize video and graphic assets to ensure easy accessibility for the team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver content within specified timelines.
- Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all multimedia channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design projects.
