Key Responsibilities

In house automation:

Maintenance of PLC, DC Drives, AC Drives, etc.

Experience in DC Drives, and DC Motors of minimum 450 KW capacity and troubleshooting

Programming of PLC & Systems:

Should be familiar with programming/ Development/Editing of PLC software and HMI system of Hot Rolling Mills/Different Machines.

Systems maintenance:

Should have done Predictive/Preventive Maintenance systems/schedules.

Experience in maintaining the records. Predictive/Preventive Maintenance

Experience & Qualifications

5+ Years of Experience in Electrical – Automation. Experience in steel Manufacturing companies.

Bachelor Of Engineering in Electrical Manufacturing experience or if worked with any Electrical system houses.

Having experience of 2 or 3+ years in any system house (ABB, Simens, Rockwell), Experience in Steel Manufacturing set up in Africa would be an added advantage.

Should have done maintenance of DC Drives, and DC Motors of minimum 450 KW capacity and troubleshooting.
