To assume full responsibility and accountability of the individual’s portfolio of existing and future non-performing loan accounts in minimising the risk of loss to the Bank, to manage the legal portfolio and facilitate for the cost effective resolution of matters.

Where the client has demonstrated an inability to commit to repayment of the instalments raised and/or meet future commitments arranged with the Bank, to proceed with the necessary legal action in order to secure the interest of the bank ensuring the age of the book is in line with the required time value of money.

Qualifications

• Completed Matric
• Para-Legal Certificate / National Legal Diploma

  Experience

• 3 years’ experience in banking (Collections).
• 2 years general accounting experience to provide a broad based understanding
  of the various accounting principles
