 Role

The position entails logistical and warehouse operations support in inbound receipts, Inventory handling and outbound operations. The Warehouse specialist is accountable for accuracy of order fulfillment and inventory records in the ERP system and peform all essential functions with focus on the efficient flow of products from the point of receipt from vendors to the shipment of products to a variety of internal and external customers.

  • Responsible for movement of goods within the warehouse.
  • Goods receipts in the ERP.
  • Accurate inventory handling in , within and out of the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory status all the time and contact regular Cycle counts.
  • Regular reports on avaiabilty to internal and external customers.
  • Efficient outbound processing ,Pick. Pack and deliver as per the sales terms.
  • Maintain high standards of operational efficiency in warehouse operations.
  • Maintain high standards of heath,safety and quality in the warehouse operations.
  • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned.

To succeed, you will need

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • 2 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good organization and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Forklift and handling equipments skills is an added advantage.

Educational Requirements

  • University degree in relevant field.
  • CPSP desired.

Personality Requirements

  • Strong planning, organizational skills and ability to think on their feet.
  • Innovative in nature and able to take initiatives.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and pressure.
  • Must be self-driven.
  • Attention to details.
  • Time orientation.
