The successful candidate will join our team as a Manager for AT Business in the Mobile Financial Services (MFS) Department. (S)He will report to the Senior Manager, MFS Sales and will be responsible for the achievement of set targets for MFS on revenue and customer acquisitions through the management of all corporate clients including merchants and all financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue
Responsible for the onboarding of partners (banks, merchants, NGOs and government agencies).
Conduct mystery shopping to ascertain quality of MFS services provided at all partner bank branches.
Grow number of branches of financial institutions to support liquidity.
Become the single point of contact for all corporate engagements with external and internal customers and meet SLAs for merchant settlement and reconciliations.
Ensure clients are invoiced and revenues recognized as per agreed SLAs.
Get market insight to develop with key products (including savings and loans) that will create stickiness for the AT Money customer and grow transaction volume and value.
Convert all AT Business clients/SMEs to adopt AT MFS to drive collections and payments.
Grow active MFS base by developing verticals that will increase legs of usage.
Charged with coming up with innovative products to drive an increase in the use cases to enrich the AT MFS ecosystem.
Convert all AT Business customers to become active users of AT MFS.
Others
Brief all internal and external stakeholders on new MFS corporate projects for effective implementation and ownership from all functions of the business.
Provide leadership and ensure the skill development of team.

Required Qualification and Experience
University degree in marketing, finance, accounting or other related discipline.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word is essential.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written English is essential.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate sales or corporate finance or MFS.
Proven ability to create innovative customer offers.
Experience in managing corporate clients.
Experience in devising pricing schemes.
Business development experience and proven ability to develop strategic relationships.
