Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Management: Oversee and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns for dental clients.
- Cost Per Acquisition Focus: Aim to achieve a lower cost per acquisition as the primary success metric.
- Landing Page Review: Go through client landing pages to create effective ad graphics and content.
- Design and Copywriting: Utilize design and copywriting skills to create compelling ad materials.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze ad performance and pivot strategies quickly based on data.
- Target Audience Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the target audience for dental services, tailoring ad campaigns to their specific needs and behaviors.
- Campaign Reporting and Analysis: Regularly provide detailed reports on ad campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
What Success Looks Like:
- Prompt Communication and Troubleshooting: Demonstrating effective communication skills and the ability to quickly identify and address underperforming ads, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
- Effective Ad Campaigns: Achieving lower cost per acquisition for clients.
- Creative Ad Content: Producing engaging and visually appealing ad graphics and copy.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Making informed adjustments to ad strategies based on performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Google and Meta ads, particularly in the dental or medical field.
- Experience in other ad-buying platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, and TikTok is a huge bonus.
- Managed a minimum of $5k ad spend in previous roles.
- Some design experience, particularly with Canva.
- Strong analytical skills, high EQ, and excellent communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and solve problems efficiently.
