- Monitoring attendance
- Payroll Management
- Recruitment
- Coordinating training and training calendar for the period
- Maintaining employee files and HR filling system.
- Performance management
- Handle day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
- Liaise with HODs to handle all HR issues
- Liaise with Fleet Coordinators as regards disciplinary related cases of busmen.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding of new staff
- Manage employee exits.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Must reside in Lagos
- Good Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.
