As our product manager for our chatbot Sophia, you will join our international and passionate team to increase our impact and:
Product Development Leadership: Spearhead the development of “Sophia Chatbot”, collaborating with the tech team and Sophia Programme Manager to enhance this tool for individuals impacted by domestic violence globally.
Strategic Planning and Innovation: Develop a strategic product roadmap, prioritising user-centric features and innovative solutions to maximise impact and effectiveness.
Agile Management in a Fast-Paced Environment: Oversee the product lifecycle in an agile, dynamic setting, adapting swiftly to evolving needs and maintaining team alignment.
Impact Measurement: Implement metrics to assess the chatbot’s effectiveness, utilising anonymised user feedback and analysis to guide continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive development and maximisation of the chatbot’s reach and advocacy potential.
YOUR PROFILE:
Experienced in Product Management: Demonstrated track record and success in leading product development, preferably in tech-focused non-profits or social impact sectors.
Strategic Thinker and Innovator: Ability to develop forward-thinking strategies and innovate within the tech for good space.
Agile and Adaptive: Skilled in agile project management, thriving in fast-paced environments and adept at navigating change.
Data-Driven: Proficient in using data and user feedback to drive product decisions and measure impact.
Collaborative Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, with experience working across very diverse teams.
Commitment to Social Justice: Passionate about using technology to address social issues, particularly to end domestic violence.

CONTRACT AND SALARY
This is a remote position (outside of Europe) and the percentage (50% – 100%) can be adapted according to the needs of the successful candidate. We are offering a freelance contract. Compensation is offered in accordance to the successful candidate’s qualifications and national salary standards of where they are based, as we are recruiting outside of Switzerland.
