As the UX Designer for Empowerment, Senior, you will be a crucial member of our Tech Team, responsible for translating concepts and ideas into impactful and user-friendly interfaces. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing design projects, and enhancing the user experience of our digital products, including the Chatbot Sophia as well as brand new products.
YOUR PROFILE:
Experienced in UX / UI Designer: Demonstrated track record and success in leading UX / UI projects, preferably in tech-focused non-profits or social impact sectors.
Data-Driven: Proficient in using data and user feedback to drive decisions and measure impact.
Collaborative Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, with experience working across very diverse teams.
Commitment to Social Justice: Passionate about using technology to address social issues, particularly to end domestic violence.
Strategic Thinker and Innovator: Ability to develop forward-thinking strategies and innovate within the tech for good space.
